🐐 About Pixie

Pixie came to us from Goat Trails, carrying strong milk lines from Green Gables that have made a lasting impact on our herd. She’s got splashy color, great conformation, and plenty of personality to match—Pixie certainly knows how to work the milk stand with her bold attitude!

She’s freshened five times and typically kids with triplets or quadruplets, consistently stamping her kids with impressive width and solid structure. Pixie has excellent teat and orifice size, making her an absolute joy to hand milk. Judges have commended Pixie for her tremendous extension of brisket, powerful front end assembly, and her strength in body capacity.

🌸 Offspring

Pixie’s genetics continue to shine through her offspring. Her daughter Foxy made a splash in the show ring, winning Grand Champion Junior Doeling at the Hill Country Mini Milkers Texas Two-Step on June 2, 2019.

But perhaps Pixie’s most influential legacy at Rafter O comes through her son, Haze. Sired by Levi, Haze is a striking polled, blue-eyed buck who has matured into a well-balanced, correct herd sire. Haze’s impact on our breeding program is already clear—he consistently passes on width, flashy markings, and impressive dairy character to his kids. We’re thrilled to have retained him and to watch Pixie’s influence continue for generations to come.
